If you rent a room by yourself near University, market rental price for single room is
80,000~90,000yen per month.

International house is off- campus dormitory, but you can take only 40 minutes by train and walking.
Oyama station – (Tobu Tojo line / 5 minutes) – Ikebukuro station –(Metro Marunouchi line /5 minutes
) – Myogadani stations(15 minutes/walking) – Ochanomizu Uni
*6 month pass-- -27,490 yen
Ikebukuro is one of Tokyo's central district. The station handles over a million passengers per day,
making it the second busiest railway station surpassed only by Shinjuku Station.
Around district, it offers various shopping and dining opportunities.
The International House offers safe and secure environment.
